OPD’s in-house team and close engagement with a small contractor network sets us apart from other outsourced paraplanning services. We sought to develop a sustainable business model that would allow us to directly employ paraplanners in-house, who would act as a consistent point of contact for advisers, rather than only serving as an intermediary between them and offshore offices or contracted labor.
